The leaders of India's freedom movement and socialist movement were known for their sacrificial, honest, simple life as well as people who did not compromise in any situation and were harmonious in words and deeds.

The Socialist movement produced great leaders like Acharya Narendra Dev , JP, Lohia , Yusuf, Meher Ali , Kamla Devi Chattopadhyay , Sane Guruji , Gopal Gowda , SM Joshi , Karpoori Thakur , Madhu Limaye , Madhu Dandavate  and, Raj Narayan. These leaders lived the values of democracy , socialism , secularism and fraternity. This Socialist movement has also produced scoundrels like Nitish Kumar , who have Sepeatedly made compromises in order to preserve and regain power.

See the hallmark of the Socialist movement: When the Congress Socialist Party decided to separate from the Congress Party in 1948 , the socialists under the leadership of Acharya Narendra Dev  resigned from the Uttar Pradesh Assembly because they had won on the ticket of the Congress Party. When JP gave the call, Karpoori Thakur along with his colleagues  resigned from the Bihar Assembly. Similarly, when Indira Gandhi extended the tenure of Parliament by one year, Sharad Yadav resigned along with Madhu Limaye .

Nitish Kumar is the only Chief Minister in the world who , while holding the post of Chief Minister, resigns from the post of Chief Minister so that he can become the Chief Minister again.

Nitish Kumar took oath for the 9th time , due to which he has established a monopoly in Indian politics as Palturam. But is Nitish Kumar the only one who has reversed ? Hasn't Narendra Modi and Amit Shah's BJP turned upside down again and again ? BJP leaders had not only announced that the doors would be closed forever for Nitish Kumar but had also declared him mentally unwell. Then BJP reversed course to gain power. This type of backlash has been happening in other states. Despite this, Godi media has been calling BJP as Ram's party , a party working for Ram Rajya, that is, whatever is washed in the washing machine, i.e., whatever is washed with Modi washing powder, becomes pure.

Everyone is wondering what Nitish Kumar will get from this deal ? He was the Chief Minister earlier also and will remain the Chief Minister in future also. This comment made by Lalu Yadav in the Parliament about Nitish Kumar is worth noting in which he had said that I have 32 teeth in my mouth but Nitish Kumar's teeth are in his stomach. Which are not visible.

There is a world of difference between Nitish Kumar's words and actions. I am sharing some examples of that.

A few years ago, when I met Nitish Kumar in a Samajwadi Samagam in Patna , he had said that he wants to create a BJP-free India and a drug-free society. He had repeated this at his residence also on the same day. Later, during the formation of Drug Free India Movement, when we organized a program at Gandhi Shanti Pratishthan and then held a meeting of old friends of the youth at Mavalankar Hall, he only repeated this appeal. Along with this, he always used to say that I want to unite the socialists.

I once met Nitish Kumar in Bihar Bhawan with the Socialist Manifesto and the problems of the workers , then Harbhajan Singh Sidhu ji had asked him to raise the issues of the workers. At that time, JDU had also issued a press statement regarding the demands of the labor movement. But while being the Chief Minister, he did not implement even a single one.

Apart from these five public meetings in the last years, I have never met Nitish Kumar.

After that everyone knows that he turned around and joined BJP and even contested the elections. In that election, I went to Bihar to campaign against Nitish Kumar. Along with Comrade Dipankar Bhattacharya, I had addressed more than 20 election meetings for the RJD , Congress and MLA alliance.

Sharad Bhai's daughter was also contesting elections in Madhepura. After watching the meeting of Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi, anyone could claim to win the election.

Meaning, from the atmosphere in Bihar , it seemed that Tejashwi Yadav would form the government but due to the government machinery , tactics of officers and misuse of EVMs, Nitish Kumar and BJP formed the government. But later Nitish Kumar again turned the tables and formed the government with RJD. After forming the government, once again when Nitish Kumar wanted to expand his party at the all India level, he through one of his friends sent me a proposal to become the National General Secretary. He had already put forward this proposal to me once before to the freedom fighter Dr. GG Parikh ji.

He had told ji Parikh ji in front of me that I ask Dr. Sunilam from you for the expansion of socialism. Then ji ji said that * I am not in politics , Dr. Sunilam takes his own decisions , I cannot tell him *. The matter ended there.

Not only this, while giving a speech in Anjuman Islamia Hall, he had publicly said that I am stuck in Bihar. Dr. Sunilam should make efforts across the country to unite socialist friends. He told GG Parikh ji , Harbhajan Singh Sidhu ji and Medha ji that I want to unite the socialists , but I do not get success , you all should try.

I mentioned these things because now that

When he was running the government with Rashtriya Janata Dal, he

leaving the socialists

Formed government with Sanghis.

Which shows that the talk of unity of socialists was also a lie.

In the last two years, Samajwadi Samagam has celebrated the birth centenary of freedom fighters and main pillars of the socialist movement, Madhu Limaye , Madhu Dandavate and Karpoori Thakur. He had set an example of living life in accordance with the values of the freedom movement , honesty , transparency , accountability , simplicity , coordination of words and deeds. I am sad that Nitish Babu has done the work of ruining it.

Most likely the people of Bihar will definitely give a befitting reply to Nitish Kumar's betrayal in the Lok Sabha elections.( Words 1060)
