By struggling against that regime, that helpless woman succeeded in sending the murderers of her family members to jail. To add insult to injury, in 2002, the government not only released the murderers but also glorified them, but she again came forward against this condemnable act and got their release cancelled.

The state government had said it had decided to grant early release to the criminals as “they had completed more than 14 years of imprisonment and their conduct in prison was found to be ‘good’.” Although one of them had even tried to rape while on parole and a case was registered against him, the most shocking aspect of the Lakis Bano case was that the government agencies which are puppets of the government also deviated from their tradition and They had protested against the government's intention and release by taking risks.

The central government cannot wash itself off from this insult because on October 19, 2022, its own state government, while presenting documents in the Supreme Court, had told that the Union Home Ministry, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi's aide Amit Shah, had approved the fast-track release of criminals. Was.

After the release of those who broke the mountain of atrocities on the family members of Bilquis Bano, the oppressors of this land thought that now they have got free rein to do as per their wish. This decision of the Supreme Court gave a big blow to many such people, but this was possible only because Bilquis Bano knocked at the door of the court. If she had remained sitting at home dejected, the ray of justice would never have come to her. Bilquis Bano proved that only those people achieve success in this world who keep moving forward without caring about the consequences.

According to state government documents, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had opposed the release of these prisoners a year ago. Apart from this, the police, civil judge and session court were also against this release. These people agreed that these people were found to be involved in 'despicable, serious and worst' crimes. A special court judge even said that this is the most terrible form of hate crime. Even small children were not spared in this case. Despite this, the Central Government not only requested for release, but also approved the application of the State Government to release the criminals within two weeks in order to take advantage of it in the elections.

This decision of the Supreme Court has put an indelible stain on it. Justice Nagarathna said that punishment is given so that crime can be prevented in future. The criminal is given a chance to reform, but the victim's suffering must also be acknowledged. These are people who take pleasure in hurting others. He said that on May 13, 2022, the Gujarat government had committed the crime of hiding facts in the Supreme Court. This is an act of fraud. The comments made by the High Court and Lower Court against the release of the criminals were also hidden. This entire matter was not under the authority of the Gujarat Government. Therefore, the Supreme Court canceled the decision and order of the Gujarat government to release all the 11 criminals.

Justice Nagarathna also said that every woman deserves respect. No matter how high or low she is in the society.

Bilquis Bano has given the message that no matter how difficult the circumstances are, a person should follow the path of duty and struggle, regardless of success or failure.

The biggest success of the Bharatiya Janata Party is not that it has been ruling Gujarat for years or that it has been in power at the Center for the last ten years. The specialty of BJP is that it has disappointed the just society within the country. It was conveyed to them that now the lamp of justice will never burn in this country. This disappointment destroyed his enthusiasm and took away his fighting power. They started thinking that since nothing could be done now, why should efforts be made in vain. Perhaps he wants everyone to become a victim of despair like him and stop fighting for justice, but Bilquis Bano has ruined this conspiracy and proved that even a bird can force an eagle to bow down.

Every step of the Bharatiya Janata Party is taken to gain some political advantage. This decision was taken before the state elections of Gujarat and was widely publicized.
